Grace Han is a Registered Counselling Therapist Candidate (RCT-C) who recently graduated with M.Ed in Counselling.
As a person with a disability from the racialized community, Grace provides counselling from the perspectives of marginalized communities and provides counselling for those who may be physical, emotional, and spiritual assistance as they navigate through the world. Grace focuses on trauma-informed person-centred therapy, incorporated with Narrative Therapy that provides a space for clients to process their current understanding of their story and ways that they would like to re-write or re-narrate it. Grace also believes in providing a safe and barrier-free environment as people learn to appreciate having interactions with one another regardless of their abilities.
Along with her lived experience as a person with disability, Grace has over 15 years of experience of working with the disability community, including her role as a Spiritual Caregiver at the L’Arche Homefires Community in Wolfville, NS.
“Growing up as a person with disability I often thought it would be beneficial to have a counsellor who understands disability from a lived-experience. It is my hope to provide counselling for those who may find comfort in having a therapeutic conversation with a counsellor with a disability that they can identity with” - Grace

Relational Coaching with Magda
As a relational coach, I support individuals who are ready to deepen their connection with themselves, their partners, their communities, and the living world around them. Coaching is a forward-moving process designed to guide you toward the life you’re ready to create, and to help you identify and move through what’s holding you back.
Where therapy is rooted in healing the past, often supporting people to understand trauma, regulate the nervous system, and find safety—coaching meets you further along the healing journey. It’s for those who have already done foundational inner work and are ready to take aligned, committed steps toward transformation and embodiment. Therapy and coaching aren’t opposites—they’re companions. Many people move between them as they grow.
In my practice, I integrate a culturally grounded and trauma-informed approach, understanding that transformation happens best when it honours your lived experiences, your pace, and your values. Coaching with me is centered on clarity, agency, and self-trust. We’ll work together using potent tools such as breathwork, embodiment practices, empowering narrative dialogue, and meditation to ground your vision in reality.
Each session is both spacious and structured: we explore what you truly want, and map out the most effective pathways to get there. Between sessions, you’ll be held in the process through personalized practices, intentional inner focus, and concrete actions that integrate real, sustainable change.
I bring an Indigenous worldview to my work, one that recognizes our inherent interconnectedness and asks what it means to be a good relative to ourselves, to each other, and to the earth. I’m currently completing my certification in VITA™ Love, Sex, and Relationship Coaching—a holistic methodology rooted in Taoist and Tantric wisdom that sees love as central to a thriving life.
My ancestors are Indigenous Kaqchikel Maya, and growing up in Canada, I have learned to walk between worlds. As someone who does has not walked the traditional relationship path, I understand the unique challenges of navigating relationships across cultures, identities, and societal expectations. My coaching space is one of liberation, healing, and self-discovery, where you are invited to step into your fullest, most authentic expression.
If you’re emerging from a season of healing and ready to move into bold, embodied change, this space is here for you.
